Pelege’s background is sales and IT, but he wears multiple hats like anyone building a startup. Building the right team is essential to a startups success, and he has been fortunate and blessed to align himself with a group of rockstars. Prior to Yopel Services Pelege was the co-founder of HCP (a non-profit organization).
Pelege has more than 15 years customer service experience and his focus always been customer service. His favorite quote is “happy customer + good products = successful business.” Pelege always see himself as a leader and entrepreneur.
Pelege oversees the Company’s overall growth, direction and senior level hiring. His focus is sales and marketing. Prior to Yopel services, he worked as an Information security analyst and Technical Account Manager (TAM) for one of the largest financial and Power Plant Company. Pelege holds a bachelor in Business Administration degree from Emmanuel College and an MBA in Management from Curry College.
